That review was right on. Enjoyed it!
If you find it remarkable how young Eastwood was... Do you know The Trouble With Harry? The first time I watched that, I didn't even recognize MacLaine.

Thanks, Tyrannosaurus Dex! *Sorry. Had to*
I've never seen The Trouble With Harry, but I'll add it to my Netflix cue.

Ahh, I've always liked this one. Used to watch it on cable a lot as a kid. Clint Eastwood and Shirley MacLaine (as a nun!) are not the first people you'd think of pairing up, but they make this movie surprisingly fun.

I just watched The Trouble With Harry (yay for instant Netflix!). It's now officially one of my favorite movies. I agree, dex...I would not have recognized Shirley MacLaine. It would have been one of those annoying "I KNOW I've seen her before" instances that drive a person crazy throughout a movie/tv show.

Very good, Heather! Now send me a thousand bucks, fill your home with Gigli merchandise and go howl at the moon! Dance, puppets, dance! Mwahahaha!
Glad you liked it. It's just droll and archetypal enough to be adorable, but not so oldfashioned as to be cringeworthy.

You are a frightening human being, dex.
I've always been a big Alfred Hitchock fan, but somehow this films slipped under my radar. I loved the humor in it, and found it pretty racy for its time. I loved that about Hitchock. He was full of surprises and loved to shock...one way or the other.
