How Late Have You Stayed Up Gaming?

Pretty simple question: what's the latest you've ever stayed up playing video games? We've all had those times where we were so caught up in a game that we couldn't go to bed before beating that next boss... and then the story takes a twist and you just want to see what's around the next corner... and next thing you know it's 4 AM. Or maybe you were just playing a game with no save feature. Either way, tell us how late you've ever stayed up; and if there's a story involved, feel free to share!

I'm a night owl so I often stay up past midnight; but the latest I've EVER stayed up (and not for years, not since college or just after) was 3 AM or so. I believe that only happened twice, and both times I knew I could sleep late or take naps the next day, but... yeah. Not proud of it, but hey, Kefka isn't going to beat himself.

8 am. C&C mostly, with a couple of friends. Ah, highschool... when you did things just because you could.

In the exact scenario you describe, probably around 2 am. And once, in summer, I was reading some online story or ebook or somesuch late at night. At one point, I was thrown for a loop as to why there was light coming in through the window.

Here's a pro tip: If you stay up real late, eat something before going to bed. It's really annoying not to be able to sleep in because hunger wakes you.

6 AM for me, but went to sleep at about 7 - I believe I was playing the first Drakensang at the time.

This past summer my nephew introduced me to Fallout 3 and not only was I playing it nearly all day every day, but I stayed up until 8 AM once just because I was that into it. Such a good game.
