Gone for a few days

Just had a call from a friend, she had her baby, one month early. so I'm off to see her and the newborn daughter at least for the weekend.
May I just add that even though I'm new here, i love this board. the people are great, and the prevailing humour is just wonderful .

Well now that you're back, you have to post details: Girl? Boy? Weight? Height?

As of yet unnamed girl, even though some interesting suggestions came up. Height: wasn't recorded as they didn't want to stretch the hips.
Weight: 1750 grams.

For a premmie baby she is very healthy, but also extremely angry. seemed to be crying more than any other baby in the maternity ward. Then again, she has a right to be angry, she was after all kicked out of her home one month before the contract officially expired.
For now she is being dressed in all yellow and green clothes, as the mum hates pink with a passion.

What a tiny little thing...goodness my mom popped me out at a giant 9 lbs 4 oz!
hmmm...hates pink huh? i used to hate pink...now my hair is pink...there is hope for her yet.

I think she hates pink in the "cute" sense, you know what I mean? As in Barbie toys and other stuff that brings you in danger of getting mental diabetes? Pink hair is cool. I used to have lemon yellow hair myself, it glowed in the dark! Oh, the over the top 80s comming back to haunt me again
