Decide for yourself: I scanned this directly from a mail circular. It hasn't been altered in any way. I don't think for a second that it was intentional, but I can definitely see some people having a moderate to severe flip-out over this. Interesting note: The only other instance I could find of someone uploading a scan of this circular to the net also featured a circular from the Branson area, which tempts me to think that this deal is only happening here. I've long suspected that Branson was a nexus of evil, so it's nice to finally get some vindication.

Bwa ha ha.
Seriously, no one could possibly do this accidentally. My guess is, people wanted to raise their prices (aren't these pizzas normally $5?) and realized if they put '666' into the mix people would pay attention to that rather than the price hike. Or such is my completely baseless theory.

honestly: i can't stand domino's pizza.
i'm not entirely sure why. but i do know that, even when i was eating it on a semi-regular basis (when i was growing up in colorado and we ordered pizzas from a wide variety of places like domino's, plzza hut, blackjack, godfather's, and a handful of others) it was my least favorite. i think the crust really freaked me out or something.
i think this sort of thing just occasionally happens.
it's funny, because i was driving to a casino with a friend yesterday and we stopped at a rural k mart for random browsing, and she noticed that inside the entrance there were three "k's" in a row. we weren't sure if it was random or a political statement, but it sure was weird. how could they NOT know?

I'm reminded of the people who think the "K" in the circle on the Snapple label refers to the Klan, or the people who think Pepsi is a front for the Israeli government, or the people who think the Coke trademark is some Arabic slur/guy snorting cocaine....

Domino's is evil! So is Pizza Hut and Papa John's! (Although I'll admit I do love PJ's cheesesticks....)
Yeah, that is definitley weird. I guess the 555 deal didn't work out too well, and $7 is just outrageous for a pizza, but still....At lest break it up a little, or say "All three of these for $18!" or something....It's not like they absolutely had to advertise 666. Though I have to say, if I weren't so disgusted by "Americanized pizza," the outrageousness of the 666 would ttract me more towards Domino's.
What can I say? I love controversy!

I'm not a huge fan, but I have some fond Dominos memories...
There was a Domino's across the street from my family when we lived in West Cape May during the early 90s. You could smell them when you opened your windows on warm summer nights. We'd run right over to pick up our order and even watch them make it sometimes. (I believe the location is still there, but is now a local pizzaria.)
When I lived in Wildwood, I didn't have much of a choice about eating Domino's in the winter. It and Pizza Hut were pretty much the only pizza places open then! (If I wanted pizza in the summer, all I had to do was walk a few blocks up to the boardwalk or down the street.)
