Wait for one of Rich's contests...
You'll see soon enough.

*shivers* It involves Rich and a sponge bath and four specially trained monkeys... best not to ask that question.

I actually heard Girl Next Door was getting good reviews. Mean Girls looked somewhat interesting, and might be a good one to take my junior high girls to go see. Don't know enough about it yet to really have an opinion. I do still want to see The Prince and Me, though. Call me a sucker for Julia Stiles and princess movies. And in this rash of teeny flicks, has anyone seen the preview for Mandy Moore's new flick, Saved? Here's a few details, courtesy of IMDB... <<< A girl at a Southern Baptist high school finds that her pregnancy makes her an outcast. The film is a coming-of-age story and also a dark comedy. "It's like those monster vampire high school kind of movies, only here the monsters are Jesus-freak teenagers," says Michael Stipe, the R.E.M. lead-singer turned movie producer.>>> Maybe it'll go straight to video and a future contest winner can subject Rich to this one... ;D

I really want to see this, just for the sake of finding out whether or not it has the sort of uber-predictable cookie-cutter ending I suspect it does.
[introspection & self-indulgent musing]You know, it's kind of funny: I used to get really upset at having my faith stereotyped and crapped on, but over the years, I've actually begun to derive an odd sort of quasi-masochistic glee from the experience. I theorize that this change is an adaptation of sorts; a necessary function of continued internet use.[/introspection & self-indulgent musing]
