Hey everyone.
Justin and I want to take this opportunity to let you know that Alex will no longer be a contributing writer on the Mutant Reviewers From Hell.
As I'm sure you've noticed, Alex has been all but disappeared from the Forum and the Front Page for some time now, and it's come to the point that J and I have elected to let her go. It's a damn shame, as we've enoyed an all too brief encounter with an extremely talented writer and all around funny girl, but once again the demands of life outside the Mutant Compound have a way of making themselves known.
We will all miss Alex, and thank her truly for her brief contributions to the site. Her reviews will stay posted, and we hope she pokes in to the Forum every now and again to say hi. If anyone wants to leave a parting message for Alex, here's the place to do it.
What this thread is NOT for is asking about her job. Justin and I will be looking for another writer again, but this will not happen until May at the earliest. Please do not ask in this or any other thread about applying. We will be coming to you. Until then, if you have an application in from our last round in the spring, it will be considered your current application. If you want to update it, you can work on it now, but we will not accept any apps till May at the earliest.
But first things first. Alex, we hardly knew ye. We'll miss you.

Bummer. Buenos Nachos Alex, I shall miss your witty insights and fantastically offbeat humor. And thank you for being one-half of the reason I looked up 'vitriol.'

Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear that. I really hate it when people you spent so much time choosing drop off like that.

It's so sad to see a mutant go. Especially Alex...I thought she'd have me expand my vocabulary a bit more than "vitriol" before she left, but oh well, such is life.
Rich, you could always write about the summit yourself. The world deserves to know. Well, no it doesn't, but it'd like to know...well, it'd be mildly interested in it anyway.
