a weird and suspicious mole on my shoulder that changed color. Primary Care Dr doesn't like the way it looks at all. Seeing a dermatologist on Friday. Family history of many bad things. Prayers appreciated! Erp! *gathers up good vibes and sends them over in a wheelbarrow* Crossing everything I've got more than one of!

...getting a phone call on your last day of vacation asking you to call your company's HR department, and doing so to be told that your vacation is now permanent. And your wife having to continue working at the same place every day.

Drew, on a scale of 1 to 10, that's a 382. I'm really sorry.

Being home for less than four days from two very long trips and getting a phone call that your husband, who has been deployed for the past three months is coming home early. Because his grandfather is dying. And tickets for me to go home again to KY are about $800 roundtrip right now.

things are sucking, lately. This isn't mine but I want to put it out there- please pray for my friend, Wendy. She and her husband just flew to Tx because a birthmom selected them to adopt her child- they got to be in the delivery room and named her and everything... and today they are coming home empty handed with broken hearts because the biological father decided to contest it at the last minute. He doesn't even want the child, and is a convicted felon, just wants to harass the birthmom... There is still a small chance the baby will be placed with them, but it's very small. I can't even imagine.
