It's a shortening of "nanny nanny boo boo."
Nanner.
'Cause I only believe in the most sophisticated of arguments.

I think I should get one point, because I would have said Rain Man for the toothpick question yesterday, only my reflexes are poor because I'm elderly and my old arthritic fingers don't type fast enough to get in ahead of all you young whippersnappers. Back in my day, all we had was wood burning computers, and we wove our servers out of corn stalks, yes indeedy. Ah, those were good times.

I was thinking of the exact same thing, Pfrsue. I was just to slow then as I was today. I think tomorrow I'm just going to call in sick and click the refresh button once a minute. J/k

Would you say I have a plethora of repeated answers? Yes, El Guapo. You definitely have a plethora of repeated answers! The Score!Vorlina not only wades into the war with 6 points (first around the post) but rises from the dead, as we haven't heard from her in ages. Welcome back, Vee! StarOpal stumbles with 4 points, repeating the 2001 answer. Which, I'll be honest, is the first thing I think of too, but it was taken. Guess I'll expect more nanners for her mistakes... OogieBoogie also scores 4, stunning me with his recognition of the clay pot as a coconut. Actually, I can see it. But still wrong. StormRider nabs 5. "Canopic"? Well, you got the jar part, I'll just assume canopic fits too. Lissa does the ol' facepalm with 4 points of her own, for her obsession with point eared, self narrating elves that have already been mentioned! The mystery pic, seeing as it wasn't correctly guessed, was originally from Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. These pics are hard to find, kids, so it's only going to get tougher from here. The Standings!StarOpal 32 StormRider 20 LordMoon 18 SpiderDancer 15 OogieBoogieMan 15 HeadMutant 11 Magill 10 Big T 9 Lissa 9 MrShady 7 Vorlina 6 Blinkfan 4 Forgotten faces rise from the mists of time as StarOpal continues to pull away from the pack. Doesn't this girl work? And the best part is she's STILL going to nag me about something, I can already tell. Stay tuned, true believers! Next round should be on Thursday afternoon/evening. We'll see how THAT shakes things up. I mean, honestly, nanners? Some people...

the jars where the Pharaoh's internal organs are deposited during and after mummification are called "canopic jars", there are usually 4 of them, for the brain, stomach, intestines and lungs.
StarOpal is unbeateble, she has a huge advantage, only way to overtake her is if she doesn't play a couple of rounds, but I don't mind I'm on second place yeeey, and she makes a fine "Heroes"-talk companion.

You know, it takes all the fun out of nagging when they expect it. And I am, in fact, at work and doing work. I multitask well. *thumbs up* Thanks work internet connection, and nonexistent restrictions! Besides after coming in second last time due to my own quirkiness, I want to win. I mean I hold no ill will towards Mac and Death, he won fair and square, but - I want to win. Plus I have some other reasons of my own, which I'm sure are silly. Oh, and thanks, Storm Rider. At least someone appreciates my posts. *haughty sniff*
